…Next step, let’s get into the fun stuff and start the PREPARATION STAGE…
Step 1. Come and see us for a consultation.
Leaving nothing undiscovered, we’ll establish your real motivation to exercise and note any barriers you may have had or could potentially foresee. Your past and/or current training regime, injuries and health concerns are discussed, and we’ll talk about your nutrition, lifestyle, and desired goals you want to achieve.
We will then gather some base line assessment information so we can plan for specific outcomes and track your progress. This will include a full health assessment, including tests such as, body composition, fitness testing, functional and strength evaluation. Relevant tests will be taken depending on your goals.
Step 2. Book your training sessions.
Lock in your regular training sessions based on your preferred time of day to exercise, goals and commitment! Now you’re ready for ACTION!

Booking Procedure -
To get the most out of a training session we allow one-hour or more for bookings.
To allow flexibility for some clients who are pressed for time, we do offer 30-minute sessions as well.
Booking times are between Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm, by contacting megan@forge.net.nz or 021885855.
Cancellation Procedures –
If unable to attend a session, we require 12-hour notification to ensure that other clients who are on the waiting list are given plenty of notice to fill the time slot.
The client is liable for the cost of the session if the required 12-hour notice is not received.
What happens if I cancel without providing 12-hour notification?
If the client needs to cancel at the very last minute and can commit to another time within the same week, not affecting any previously scheduled appointments, then the client will not be liable for the cost of the cancelled session.
What happens if I have not provided any notice of cancellation? I.E. No show
If we receive no notice of cancellation then the client is liable for the cost of the session. The option to rebook within the same week is available however, there is no waiver for the cancelled session.
What if my trainer cancels without giving 12-hour notification?
We will credit the client for the full cost of the cancelled session.
Payment Options and Procedure -
We run our invoices on a monthly basis and email each client with a full break down of their training sessions completed/cancelled/rebooked and details of any extra purchases such as shoes, apparel and supplements.
Payment can be made by direct credit or cheque. Sessions prices range between $100 - $250.
Pricing includes regular health consultations and updated exercise programs to follow independently, outside of your one-on-one sessions.
