Tuna / Chicken and Salad Wrap

These are really quick and easy to prepare in the morning before work. Good source of protein and best of all these wraps (Farrah Wraps) are wheat free, dairy free and made in NZ. We’ve found they don’t crack and they hold their freshness. Yippee!

We add all sorts of ingredients but you can change it up to suit your tastes;

Today for Lunch was:

x1 can plain tuna, sliced beetroot, gherkin, purple cabbage, cucumber, dill. Mixedtogether with greek yoghurt, tomato relish and cottage cheese. Layered with rocket and there you are…it’s a wrap! Delicious!

Also very tasty with basil, spinach, cos lettuce, avocado
