Nutrition Tip!

Get on the NO sugar movement

It’s time to wise up and break the addiction!

Around the world there is a leading global fightback and warning that our sweet habit is completely out of control.

Interesting Research -

“French scientists in Bordeaux reported that in animal trials, rats chose sugar over cocaine (even when addicted to cocaine)."

“Analysis of 175 countries over the past decade showed that when you look for the cause of type 2 (non-insulin dependent) diabetes, the total number of calories you consume is irrelevant. It’s the specific calories that count. When people ate 150 calories more every day, the rate of diabetes went up 0.1 per cent. But if those 150 calories came from a can of fizzy drink, the rate went up 1.1 per cent. Added sugar is 11 times more potent at causing diabetes than just calories.”

Word from our clients

Ron Cribb – Former All Black and Professional Rugby Player

I have worked with some of New Zealand’s top coaches and trainers during my professional sporting career and would class Graeme as one of the best. His training methods are innovative with fresh new techniques and exercise prescription. With his guidance I achieved my best results as an athlete, my body fat percentage dropped to the lowest it’s ever been, my flexibility improved considerably, I gained more strength, I regained my speed and agility and I ended up with fewer injuries.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Graeme since 2003. During this time, he also accompanied me to Japan to work with my company and team members from Kobe Steel.

I highly recommend Graeme as a coach and trainer, he has the ability to make a difference, he works well with people, he’s professional and he gets results.
